About This Course
This training covers the processes and responsibilities of the Clinical Trials Office and Research Billing with activating an RSH record, the research billing PRL record updates, and completing a RSH record in Epic.
This training should last no longer than 30 minutes to complete all three of the sections. These sections do not have to be completed in order.
Requirements
The intended audience for this training is the Clinical Trials Office and the Research Billing teams. Completion of this training will not grant study team members the ability to activate or complete an RSH record or update anything in the billing PRL record.
